The course is designed for persons already in the food industry whether it’s a food premises or catering or self-employed food providers and want to improve their understanding of food hygiene and the law that goes with it or maybe your looking for a job in the food industry and having a level 2 in food hygiene can go a long way to showing an employer that you have the knowledge require to work safely with food and understand food safety hazards.
The food hygiene training highlights the importance of food safety procedures and compliance with the relevant law and legal requirements. The dangers of getting it wrong and the outcomes you may face with not following the law. It takes around 7 hours to complete this course.
